Vendor invitations

Ask the buyer organization that sent your claim invitation to resend access, or contact support with the claim reference and support correlation ID.

Security issues

Report suspected security or privacy issues to security@claimpal.com. Never send passwords, authentication tokens, invoice images, or full payment data by email.

Support correlation ID

Share this opaque ID with Claim Pal support so an authorized administrator can correlate timestamps and minimized diagnostics. It never includes invoice content, messages, emails, or account identifiers.
