claim pal

Terms of Service

These terms govern Claim Pal trials, subscriptions, usage-based billing, and organization accounts. They remain a counsel-review draft and are not ready for customer acceptance until approved.

The service

Claim Pal provides invoice capture and OCR, guided claims, evidence collection, vendor collaboration, reporting, and credit tracking. Claim Pal does not determine whether a commercial claim is valid and does not receive, hold, transfer, or settle claim funds.

Accounts and authority

Organizations authorize their administrators and users. Customers are responsible for accurate registration, credentials, memberships, and ensuring that submitted users, vendors, invoices, photos, messages, and other records are lawfully processed and shared.

Trial and eligibility

Unless otherwise agreed, an eligible organization may use one 30-day trial and submit up to 20 claims without payment details. The trial ends when either limit is reached. Abuse, duplicate organizations, or unlawful activity may result in suspension.

Subscription and usage fees

Paid service may include a recurring organization subscription plus a percentage usage fee calculated from requested-credit value at submission. Plans may include allowances, minimums, maximums, monthly caps, currency conversion, taxes, and negotiated overrides shown in the order form or billing page.

Usage ledger and reversals

Submission creates an immutable usage event. A duplicate or erroneous claim voided within 24 hours may create an offsetting reversal. Denied claims remain billable. Corrections create explicit adjustments rather than rewriting the original event. Stripe invoices the organization; claim credits remain between buyer and vendor.

Customer content and OCR

Customers retain their rights in content and grant Claim Pal limited permission to host, process, transmit, back up, and display it to authorized participants. OCR can be incomplete or inaccurate; users must review extracted fields before relying on or submitting them.

Suspension and termination

Claim Pal may limit access to protect the service, other users, or legal compliance. Export, deletion, and post-termination retention follow the order form, Privacy Policy, DPA, legal obligations, and documented technical limits.

Open counsel terms

Before launch, counsel must approve the contracting entity, governing law, venue, warranties, indemnities, liability limits, payment timing, renewal and cancellation, tax allocation, notices, and order of precedence.
