Cookie Policy
This draft describes essential browser storage and optional measurement on Claim Pal’s website and web application.
Essential technologies
Authentication cookies, anti-abuse controls, secure session storage, and necessary preferences support sign-in, organization access, form security, and service continuity. They cannot be disabled through the analytics preference.
Optional analytics
PostHog, Vercel Web Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights remain disabled unless a visitor selects Allow analytics. Optional measurement must not receive invoice content, evidence, claim messages, secrets, or unredacted personal fields.
Preference storage
Claim Pal stores Allow analytics or Essential only on the device. Until a valid selection is present, optional analytics remains off.
Managing choices
Visitors can change the stored preference through Privacy choices. Clearing browser storage removes the selection, after which Claim Pal asks again.
Open counsel terms
A production scan must confirm actual cookies and storage keys, provider, purpose, duration, and jurisdiction-specific consent requirements. Counsel must approve the inventory.
