Acceptable Use Policy
Claim Pal may be used only for authorized, lawful business claim and credit-resolution workflows.
Authorized records
Upload only invoices, photos, annotations, messages, vendor contacts, and commercial records you are authorized to process and share. Keep access assignments current and use accurate claim information.
Prohibited activity
Do not submit fraudulent claims; impersonate others; probe or bypass controls; scrape the service; distribute malware; overload infrastructure; reverse engineer protected systems; or use Claim Pal for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or rights-infringing activity.
Restricted data
Do not upload unnecessary cardholder data, banking credentials, health information, government identifiers, biometric data, export-controlled material, or other highly sensitive data. Do not use the service for consumer credit decisions or money transmission.
Automation and integrations
Automated access must use approved interfaces, respect limits, preserve audit attribution, and never conceal the originating organization or user. Credentials and signed file URLs must not be shared outside their intended scope.
Enforcement and reporting
Claim Pal may investigate, preserve evidence, limit access, or suspend activity to protect users, vendors, the service, or legal compliance. Report suspected abuse or security issues to security@claimpal.com. Notice and appeal terms require counsel approval.
